I remember one year...how funny your time has been. I remember one year parking our Escape in the parking lot of Dorrington Realty for the Christmas Tree lighting one year. This was like the second year maybe we were up here and so I parked we walked down and Cayden and I are waiting in line when all of sudden they announce over the loud speaker that whoever owns a blue suv and parked in the realty lot your car is sliding. OH MY Gosh! So we had to get out of line run up there and sure 'nuf it was not where I parked it. Dave had just had a wreck on Hwy 4 ifo the event and so the tow truck driver was still there and happened to see it and put wood blocks ifo my tires. I was so scared I did not want to get in and drive in fear I would slide down into Hwy 4 traffic. But they made me and I parked in a safer spot. Then that same year or after (our first few years here we had some pretty big snow fall with ice) Dave took so many accidents on Sierra Parkway that one evening he was out there for 6hrs taking accident after accident in pretty much the same spot. But anyways, he fell flat on his back like 5-6x while there because it was so icy(in uniform with his gun belt on ouch). He even had "chains" on his boots. So he knows your pain when it comes to that. But don't we all. I remember falling the first year plenty of times on my back, butt, arms I didn't know if I would survive the first winter w/out breaking something. Gotta love the snow, which we have a foot of now woo hoo."Jenks"https://www.blogger.com/profile/14636907395306446061noreply@blogger.com
